Default Is Sixteen12 gone for good?

Well its 1841 UT Sept 14th and the Sixteen12 page still has them out to lunch, ooops sorry, out for summer break. I expected if they were going to be staying in business that they would have popped something back up.

In fact, I'm surprised that message page is still up there. I was expecting a 'http:404 page not found' error by now.

I have no trouble with 1612 running their company in an amateurish way. It's their choice.

Best company so far for me : when I ordered one of their new Eagle transporter this summer, they sent me a ..Seaview! Then I received the Transporter (12inch) but with overpainted details..so they send me another one with the right colors (mostly white)..all this for the price of a single Eagle..best customer service EVER!

I sold the badly painted Eagle at a good price, so I got an Eagle and a Seaview for free....not bad.

Total is : 6 12inch Eagles and 1 Seaview for the price of 5 Eagles...

Of course, they products are far from perfect, like their business, but being unable to build my own Eagle myself, I'm pretty happy with their stuff, and wish they could go on and improve EVERYTHING in their company

I wonder how long until they actually release the Mark IX Hawk. I was expecting it in September (now) but I just noticed that Entertainment Earth have a release date of November 2009 (estimated date / subject to change). By the way, FAB Gear USA still lists the original release date of Spring of 2008 (what a joke).

And the more important question, will it have fake chrome engine bells?

Surely no-one seriously expected them to meet the target date? They've never done so in the past.

Well, Crimbo is fast approaching. Let's hope they can open the site soon before they have to close it again in time for Christmas.
