Excellent work. I built one in this scale around 1989/90. Sadly, it didn't survive a move. Yours look solid as a rock though! I'm in the midst of finally building one in scale with the PE and Airfix Eagles... quite an undertaking, but enjoyable in its own way. Every Eagle chap should have a landing pad sooner or later, I reckon.

Yes it realy look good when it's done --I might put mine on the wall when finish.take up less space.

That's where mine will be... hanging right above my 48" x 48" Moonbase Alpha... it'll be the Alpha quadrant of the room.

got any pic of your alpha moonbase -- I'am Doing a 8X8 ft one got to fine a place to put it first

I need to take new photos of the model... also, I need to accurize the travel tubes soon. Anyway, here it is, an old photo taken with my old camera.

Is that the AMT kit or did you Scratchbuild it --looks good --I got some Pic of the moonbase Alpha that I'am working on in this fourm

This is completely scratchbuilt... HOWEVER, the old kit did provide a starting point as I scaled it all to the Eagles that came in that kit. I believe I saw the photos of your MA, but I will look them up!
