I must admit, this was a nightmare and ended up being a bit of a hash.  The 'bolt heads' are probably a little bit out of scale but the gears worked so I was happy Once I'd corrected the off-centre nozzles using a cutting disc, I set about adding realism to the attitude adjuster nozzles... ...this was achieved by first drilling the depth with the steel tip shown here on the left, then filing out the rest with the grinder.  A two-minute job but well worth the effort Despite the succesful accurization, the angle of the thrusters is way out, so I eventually used some stainless steel ferrules courtesy of Robert Hobby (aka 'Eagle-1') ...and here they are - they look amazing and, being stainless steel, won't need painting the finished articles - now just need to black out the inside of the cones I know which one I'd rather have on the model!
