I'd corrected the off-centre nozzles using a cutting disc, I set
about adding realism to the attitude adjuster nozzles...

was achieved by first drilling the depth with the steel tip shown
here on the left, then filing out the rest with the grinder. A
two-minute job but well worth the effort
Despite the succesful accurization, the angle of the thrusters is
way out, so I eventually used some stainless steel ferrules courtesy
of Robert
Hobby (aka 'Eagle-1') |
