Default Greetings!

Hello, everyone.

Just wanted to say how happy I am to be a member of this Forum.
(I wanted to join many years ago but that AMT kit of mine always hide itself)

I love Sci-Fi model kits but sadly, I have not even completed one that is 100% done due to work and family commitments. But the more I played with the models, the more I wanted to light them up realistically. So, I did light one or two, and then my friends wanted the same too. And so, after some discussions, we decided to share them with other people (for a reasonable sum, of course) since the manufacturer refused to just do any circuit boards less than 100. Not only that, my friend then takes my (prototytpe) model away and paints it up for me . So, its a win-win situation.

In the end, my first product last year was the roving eye for the Moebius Cylon Raider and soon, the lighting system for all four versions of the Colonial Vipers.

But I am not here to promote my stuff. I just want to do my AMT Eagle (and Oh, OK, light up the cockpit) based on the information in this Forum as best as I can without any modifications save for some minor cutting. Being an off and on fan of the late Gerry Anderson, I would very much like to have a model kit to call my own.

Anyway, you can see what I did in the last few years in my own website:

And my current shenangans:

Welcome to the forum, Mr. Engineer! I bet you will certainly be everybody's favourite member if you can put lighting rigs together! I look forward to seeing your eagle build!

Thanks, guys.

In the meantime, if you have any lighting issues, I'll do my best to help you out.
