Thanks. I know it had a crew of 2. I need to have/add a hatch somewhere. I will probably put it on a side. It will be a standard eagle door.

Not sure how it should be docked. I know the Ultraprobe is docked by the tanks.

We really never saw how it was docked.

It almost looks like the docks like the UltraProbe. Along the tanks? I will see what it looks like. But you would have to be docked along the top or bottom because the panels would hit the arms.

I may just keep it like the photo along the nose

Also working on the Ultraprobe.

I would suggest one of the cylinders around the neck (on the top) would be ideal for a docking hatch.

Unfortunately I can not use Orbiter because I am on a Mac but still I do follow this thread.

I know you see a red circle on the section behind the eagle head. Maybe there? You could dock there but the Metaprobe would be sideways to the station. Which would solve the panel issue.

The red circle could be a red circular hatch

gattispilot, sounds like a right answer to the docking issue.

That always bugged me about META and Ultra...so when I built my version, I made sure to include a side hatch. Years alter when it got it's chance before a camera, we used it as well.

I'm not sure if I was that careful with the ships that followed, though...oops!

Nice. Do you more images of the MetaProbe?

The Ultraprobe CM has a hatch on top.

Thanks. On one view you can see the red cover for the airlock.

Here is a Virtual Cockpit for the UltraProbe someone else is making

Yes, I like the red airlock hatch on your Meta Probe.

The other person's virtual cockpit of the Ultra Probe looks good.

That is one interesting fullscale set design fact, that is interesting is that the cockpit control panel of the Ultra Probe "Dragon's Domain", cockpit control panel of the Voyager "Voyager's Return", cockpit control panel of the Altares "Day After Tomorrow:Into Infinity", cockpit control panel of the Mothership "Brian The Brain" and season 2 Alpha Weapons Section all look similar.
