Default A Dalek in Thunderbirds!

I kid you not.

I was watching the TB episode The Man from MI5 and at 3:04 during the early scene with the spy ferreting through the drawers on board the yacht for the secret plans, this suddenly caught my eye. It looks like a copy of TV21 to me.

This maybe the saddest thing I've ever spotted, but I just had to share it!

Top left corner.

great stuff,well spotted

if you watch 30 minutes after noon, when he's looking through the full size file cabinet, you can see names of people who worked on the show, maybe Gerry Andersons staff file cabinet?

"Hwat does it mean by "Hexterminate", M'Lady?"
"It means this would be a good time to depart. But I fear we have a wee problem."
"Hwats that, M'Lady?"
"It may not be able to climb stairs, but we can't walk through doors. Any suggestions, Parker?"

Certainly looks like 'TV21' to me. Very well spotted!

I'd give my right arm for a stack of those to browse through on rainy afternoons.

Glad you enjoyed that spot everyone. It was on the screen for a split second - I only spotted it because I frame advanced the scene to see if there if anything entertaining in the papers - the sort of thing one does when very bored, but I'm glad I did! There was also a leaflet with a picture of Sid James's face in the drawer too.

Fun Pod - I laughed out loud at that, thanks!

Mike, I'll see if I can get a screen grab of that scene you mention when I get to the episode, thanks for the tip.

I can't quite read what the names say... Saunders and Pattillo - what are the others?

And it's highly unlikely that those are genuine files.

Hadn't spotted the Daleks on the back page before, but the issue underneath - with a shot of Fab One on the front cover is pretty obvious, even without freeze framing. I think it's issue 32, which would mean the scene was probably filmed sometime after August 1965.

Which would be correct if it was filmed around about episode 20.
